Borough Council

The Leetsdale Borough Council is comprised of seven members all of whom are elected to four year terms. Each even numbered year, the Council is reorganized and a President and Vice-President are chosen by a majority vote of the members.

The Council is vested with the legislative and executive powers of the Borough and is responsible for the annual budget. Council sets policy and makes appointments to the various Borough Boards, Commissions and Authorities.

Leetsdale Borough Council will hold their 2023 Regular Meetings the second Thursday of each month as follows: January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9 and December 14

Borough Council Workshop meetings will be held on the first Thursday each month as follows: January 5, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4, June 1, July 6, August 3, September 7, October 5, November 2 and December 7

The Borough Engineer will conduct MS4 Meetings during the Regular Meetings on April 13 and September 14

The Planning Commission will meet the 4^th Tuesday of each month as needed

The Recreation Board will meet the 3^rd Monday of each month as needed

The Zoning Hearing Board will meet as needed

The Following Council Committees will meet on the following days as needed:

Finance Committee will meet on the 1^st Tuesday of each month as needed

Organization Administration Committee will meet on the 1^st Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM as needed

Planning and Zoning Committee will meet on the 4^th Tuesday of each month as needed

Parks & Rec Committee will meet on the 3^rd Monday of each month as needed

Meetings begin at 7 pm in Council Chambers at the Leetsdale Borough Building, 373 Beaver Street Leetsdale PA 15056.
